Lake Shore Townhomes is an affordable housing community located only three miles from Uneek Design Build & Remodel in the city of Maple Grove, Minnesota. Lake Shore Townhomes offers two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 900 to 1,200 square feet.
The community of Lake Shore participates in an affordable housing program for qualified residents. Applicants must meet certain income requirements, which are based on total gross income and household size. Section 8 voucher holders are also encouraged to apply for consideration. Lake Shore Townhomes is a smoke-free community, and they do not allow pets
